Salome is the only studio album from American rock band Marriages. The record was released on April 7, 2015, by Sargent House.[2] The album was named after Salome, a mythical character from The Bible.[5] It was recorded in February 2014 at The Hobby Shop, Highland Park, Los Angeles,[6] and the group's first release to feature drummer Andrew Clinco. Fred Sablan (Marilyn Manson, Queen Kwong) also appeared as a guest musician on the record.[6] Upon release, the album received "generally favorable reviews" from music critics.[1]

Salomé aka SwissMiss is a solo vocalist / producer hailing from Switzerland under the wing of the American label “Nah Bro Entertainment” that has its base in New York City.
In an industry filled with one dimensional artists and Auto Tune, Salomé stands out for her obvious natural ability to sing and work in all genres of music. 1. Salome was a bassless crushing sludge/doom band from Northern Virginia, USA. They've split in 2011, having released two albums (Salome, 2008, and Terminal, 2010) and two splits. Vocalist Kat Katz still sings in grindcore band Agoraphobic Nosebleed. Guitarist Rob Moore has been involved in projects including Auroboros, Thrain, Griefloss and most recently powerviolence group Brainpan. Aaron Deal joined Darkest Hour as a bassist.
